Pros
Smart and good environment. The agency has a good name and has been around a long time. The team is fun and smart. Most staff work on their projects and few meetings. Great place to learn and contribute to digital marketing. Management is reasonable.

Great opportunity to learn all aspects of online marketing from the ground up. Learn from experts who have lived online marketing from its inception. Small company, family oriented company culture.
Cons
My experience provided many more opportunities for growth than their were negative experiences.
