      they use latest web technology. great learning scope.

      Cons

      Poor infrastructure. No office, it is in a home, no corporate environment, they run express version of Visual studio. old desktop with half the screen was black.. god knows how they wok. for toilet u need to run on staircases to the ground floor. ..
