Pros

Quarterly profit sharing, good pay, ( but only due to mandatory 50 hr work week), 40% discount on employee purchase firearms, and full benefits.

Cons

A grueling 10- 11 hr shift monday through friday and sometimes saturday. ..Second shift is from 4:00PM to 2:30AM--Imagine what impact that will have on your personal and family life. Forget your marriage, boyfriend ,girlfriend and kids..because with this schedule your relationships with loved ones will be compromised and damaged. Repetitive, monotonous work, micro managing over-seeer supervisors, ( more like slave drivers). If you leave the production line to go to the restroom you will be questioned...and possibly scolded and written up. They do not reward those with extensive knowledge for firearms. Many of the supervisors will be intimidated by someone with higher than normal knowledge and skills, and thus, hold you back. They place persons with little knowledge of guns into line- lead supervisor roles. There is Unsafe gun handling by inexperienced and under-trained staff. And a blatant crony buddy buddy management and supervisor cartel. You will be snubbed, lied to and held back.

Pros

Good salary and good profit sharing Working with firearms! 95% of the people are Great!

Cons

Management is not at all interested in your ideas. Just do the job you were hired to do. Taking your own initiative and trying to learn something outside the technical area that you were hired to work within is very much frowned upon - especially by certain managers.

Pros

Good starting pay for someone with no education or someone looking for work in the middle of a recession Quarterly bonuses given to employees. Amount depends on how well the company is doing.

Cons

Absolutely no regard for employee safety. Little advancement opportunity. Hilarious attendance policies, e.g., losing points for taking one of your sick days! (Is this really legal?!) The 60+ hour weeks can get very old very quickly, at least if you're a single male like I was. To expand on the employee safety, I walked out of this job after a year and a half when one day in the factory there was literally a cloud of smoke billowing across the entire factory, yet no one was being evacuated or anything of the like.
