Clean workplace with limited overtime, but no annual reviews

Pros
There isn’t a lot of overtime. A clean place to work and there is already a maintenance system in place.
Cons
There isn’t an annual review. You only get a raise if you ask for it, threaten to quit or get a different position.

Somewhere to work for money. People that work there selfs bone dry are nice. You’d get every holiday off.
Cons
Don’t pay enough. Very stressful. Too much drama. Terrible communication and management. Terrible environment. Don’t pay enough it’s like begging for scarps. work for little pay and barely no bonuses. They do points and will point you even if you bring a doctor’s note. TBH you get pointed for everything you do and it goes one off each month you stay without calling out and if you call out you will be pointed and no points disappear. You will never ever get a raise.
