Pros

There are a lot of snacks in the kitchen They have an unlimited PTO policy Great medical, dental, and vision benefits Casual Dress Environment

Cons

There is a list of internal issues that is sinking this ship and upper management refuses to address them. Their system is so flawed that it shows in their work and puts a horrible taste out in the marketplace. Your opinions will not be considered no matter what professional background and insight you may bring to the table. No opportunities for women in leadership at this company. It will infuriate you to come to work everyday and hear more and more contradicting “strategies” and band aid “solutions.”

Pros

Sometimes the kitchen has food and beverages.

Cons

Very very low pay Poor place to work if you are in your mid-30's or older as you will be discriminated against and the first to be laid off High turn-over rate Lots of people with overblown titles who act like they are better than you Small work spaces with very little privacy (easy to get sick)

Pros

Open ended PTO policy. Casual dress Code. Casual Hours (mostly). There are still some talented people there but that number seems to shrink daily. Solid benefits.

Cons

Low pay No loyalty to those who care about the company Poor management. People who suck up or grovel to the CEO are promoted regardless of competency or experience. Lots of inflated titles. As a result, the system is broken from the top down. Casual racism/sexism in meetings even when legal is in the room. HR will listen but is not empowered to do anything about it. Anonymity not protected if making a complaint. Women and people of color are rarely if ever promoted, hardly even considered. No project really works, changes focus randomly, staff meetings are just buzz words and inflated numbers to generate self congratulating when often projects are in the red. No place for true advancement unless you're just starting out. Poor communication between departments. High turnover. Poor professionalism. Often employees spend more time socializing than they do working. Shocked it hasn't gotten more lawsuits for unprofessional behavior.
