Pros

A few very talented people. Work environment and pressure will make you a stronger person. CEO is a very creative writer.

Cons

CEO is a very creative writer and has written nearly all the glowing reviews posted right here on Glassdoor. He is an egomaniac, narcissistic micromanager. You must sign in and out of the office every time you walk through the front door. You must submit a "daily task list" to the CEO by 9am everyday or you will have $50 docked from you paycheck each time you you don't or submit past the 9am deadline. There are multiple department meetings each week that never start on time and are mostly opportunities for the CEO to tell you how "great you have it working there" which, is very debatable. Most meetings are spent telling endless stories of various "escapades", complaining about terrible clients or a verbal assaults on individuals for not creating 80% profit margins sales. You never get to go home at a reasonable time and are expected to work 7 days a week despite what you are told when hired. If you are required to work on a weekend or "off" business hours... Don't expect to be allowed to take a different day off. If you need to travel with your position, you better not travel in company time...you must travel on your own time even though it's company related. There is an extremely high turnover rate of employees. Over the past 2 years more than half of the employees have left the company. There are un-realistic expectations with tremendous amounts of pressure.

To this Former Employee - a few points we'd like to make, please. 1) Thank you for the time and energy spent to write your "unbiased" criticism. 2) The CEO does not pen any reviews. Not now. Not ever. 3) We would argue that there are far more than a "few very talented people" working here (we are certain that at one time you must have been one of them to have been hired in the first place) 4) We do not "punch the clock" here. Signing in and out is a courtesy to those working the front desks. It allows for better communication when other staff members and clients need to speak with us. Makes perfect sense. 5) Creating a powerful and productive daily task list helps you to prioritize and keep focused. We like them. We use them in our personal lives. To Do: Go to the Grocery store. Check. Take the kids to soccer practice. Check. 6) Our CEO does not dock money from our paychecks! 7) Meetings are a great reminder, after all, that we are in fact in a team – and not alone. They are a learning and improvement opportunity. They are also a way for all of us to communicate on a professional and personal level. We all share a bit of our lives in meetings. Because of schedules, on occasion meetings don't begin exactly on time, but every attempt is made to be respectful of each other's daily agendas. 8) We go home when our work is done. No one forces us to stay. Most of us are more than willing to do what it takes to finish that which we must (and only we can make that determination). It’s called being responsible. 9) Traveling for work is part of the job. Need time to get from point A to point B? Need time to detox after working a 7-day work week? Talk to your Department Head; he/she has been given the power by our CEO to run their respective departments – with consideration and flexibility. 10) Turnover – your facts are incorrect. Our turnover is 20% - which is far less than industry standard. 11) Pressure and stress – thank goodness we aren’t performing life and death surgeries here. “Its not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it.” 12) Respect from our CEO – we have it. “Be a reflection of what you'd like to see in others! If you want love, give love, if you want honesty, give honesty, if you want respect, give respect. You get in return, what you give!” We leave you with this and sincerely wish you all the best! “Work is love made visible. And if you cannot work with love but only with distaste, it is better that you should leave your work..." ~Kahlil Gibran

FALSE POSITIVE REVIEWS & FALSE PROMISES

Pros

SOME of the employees are cool to work with. Other than that, STAY AWAY!!!

Cons

1. Don't believe any of the positive reviews. For every negative review they get on here, they tell 3 employees to come say something positive. Look at the dates of the positive reviews, almost back to back and then it's crickets until a negative review is given. I'm sure they'll write something positive over this to overwrite it! Also, most of the "positive" reviews that don't have a title or are anonymous..is THE SAME PERSON in the organization trying her best to make the company look good. So don't think it's numerous happy employees. 2. They steal your commissions and LIE! They'll promise you the sun, moon and stars to get you on board, and then when you ask for what they promised you, they get mad. 3. The top 3 decision makers are all best friends. You can't go to higher management with complaints, because they just laugh at you after work as they're plotting to steal your money (bonuses and commission). 4. The Best Places to Work in VA award they receive- BOGUS. They tell everyone if they take the survey then they'll get comped with a bonus...sounds like bribery...but then they NEVER comp you!!! So i guess it's not a bribe since they never EVER officially pay the bonus. 5. Every year you're promised off from Christmas to New years if the company is doing well during the last quarter...LIE. And we have proof! We have emails saying the company didn't make the quota so we wouldn't get the time off. But then in January employees received an email saying the last quarter was the BEST in company history..so why didn't we get our week off????!!!! LIAR!!! 6. If you don't mind being harassed mentally or by sexual innuendos, this might be the perfect place for you!

Pros

You get really good at putting out fires without clients knowing the true extent of the dysfunction behind the scenes.

Cons

The owner/CEO is a mess. No idea what he's doing and is so insecure he has to have idiot friends around him that are loyal to him - which also have no idea how to deal with people and even what they're job is supposed to entail. You have to sign a 2-year Non-compete and every employee has to produce sales leads weekly. SALES. LEADS.
