Pros
Supportive work environment with access to modern Al tools. Great learning opportunities and collaborative team culture.
Cons
Workflows and project directions can sometimes be unclear during fast-paced tasks.
Pros
1. You get to work with some genuinely creative people. 2. There’s an office dog, which is a nice plus.
Cons
1. The work is extremely repetitive with no real growth. You’ll keep doing the same tasks for different brands until you burn out. The team is understaffed. If you just want to focus on your skills, then its fine. 2. Salary and work expectations is honestly disappointing. Expectations are unrealistically high compared to what you’re paid. 3. Job security is shaky. People can be fired very casually, sometimes based on impulsive decisions. 4. The work environment lacks a positive culture. 5. Appraisals feel conditional. Growth or salary hikes often come with strings attached, like commitments or bonds, regardless of your actual performance. 6.Disagreeing or speaking up can backfire, so most people just stop trying, which is the worst part, especially in a creative setup.
Pros
The founders are Creative Designers themselves. Office is located a short distance from metro. Parties and Trips are lavish.
Cons
For a 3D artist this job is a career dead end. The 3D services are not the main bread and butter of this design agency, that would be Video shoots, Video Editing, and graphic design. You as a 3D artist will play a supportive role when they need something extra or high-production-value looking. Most notably when there is a new launch. Therefore it is a job rather than a career. And since the role is limited, the scope of growth over time is also limited. So you won't have much leverage when appraisal time comes for you. Forcing you to find some other job anyway. For the above reason i really would not recommend a 3D artist waste their time. If you do decide to join don't stay for more than 6 months. And good luck not getting fired during some random emotional outburst from the CEO's.
