It’s a job with a paycheck and close to home. That’s the only positive thing to be said.

The owners are absolutely horrible people. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to work there. They treat almost all (with the exception of their kids) the employees terribly, the hourly rate is low and the benefits are subpar. The owner is a tyrant and his wife isn’t any better. Biggest mistake of my life was taking a position with SMF. To any prospective employees - RUN THE OTHER WAY!!
I enjoyed the work environment.
Everyone was very helpful and understanding and helpful.
The work was slow at the time but they made sure I learned everything I needed to succeed at my position within the company.
