      -Its honestly a refreshing work culture -Very collaborative -Workmates are there to help you become better -No one is there to climb the corporate ladder and step on people. -The work it self is amazing and purposeful. It not really about you but more on how you can help kids learn better. -Equipment is also provided by the company so its a major plus!!

      Just the pandemic. Mostly wfh. Any team building activities would most likely by via zoom

      SMLP has a friendly and welcoming culture. You get opportunities to grow through the different challenges you encounter with work, but with the help and support of your fellow creative teammates.

      The type of requests that come in and the timeline for creatives may change a lot throughout the year due to the nature of e-learning.
