Where do I begin... 1. The owners are horrible human beings. They only care about themselves and it shows directly in our operations. We have a lot of old machinery that needs to be maintained better or replaced yet they go out and spend company money on 3 brand new Teslas. Not to mention they do not reward their hardest working employees and give minimal paid days off throughout the year. 2. The facilities are a mess. There’s cords coming out of the ceiling and walls which is probably why we frequently have issues with connectivity. The bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING and the break room always seems dirty. 3. Culture. Almost on a daily basis, I hear very offensive language including obscene, sexist, and even racist remarks. On top of that, the owners will frequently pressure employees to perform better which would be fine if they helped us to succeed such as fixing our phones which don’t work properly or improving our manufacturing infrastructure so we don’t have so many late deliveries or failures.

Poor compensation for employees with no incentive to perform at highest level. Facilites are full of outdated machinery, computers, etc. that make day-to-day tasks more difficult. No sick days, only PTO (paid time off).
