      Salary package is good.. but apart from it you don't get anything .

      Cons

      Pretty Bad Management.. Runs on Whims and Fancies of the top Management Work life balance goes for a Toss. There is no Life after work...!!! If you are in good books of the Management , you are fine.. If not you are crucified..!!! Top Management doesnt know how to run a Product Development Company. Things get pretty bad during releases.

      However, not all types of activity lead to an improvement in symptoms. High-impact exercise done now and then may even make symptoms worse.

      Cons

      Need to plan on Team outing and fun activities more and she is the only lady who is really enthusiastic and energetic to take care of the fun activities in our organization and management should support her to get the company in better shape.
