      The support staff was excellent across the board and made a challenging environment significantly more manageable.

      Cons

      Leadership was more focused on their own individual success than team development. Support for junior brokers felt inconsistent and heavily dependent on whether you were part of the “inner circle.” Long hours and strong effort frequently went unrecognized, with limited mentorship, communication, or meaningful feedback from senior leadership. Employees who raised concerns about support, fairness, or professional development experienced further disengagement rather than constructive dialogue.

      Toxic hostile environment. No flexibility. No rewards or acknowledgement for hard work. All meetings focus on what was wrong, never what was right or good. Very high school clique-y.
