Pros
Good chance to get entry level experience. The people are generally OK to get along with on a personal level, at least in the entry positions.
Cons
High turnover. The pay and benefits are absolutely not competitive and don't reach industry averages in any entry or mid level positions. Very few opportunities to advance within the company unless you have friends or know somebody.
