      Pros

      I am so glad my career led me to SIG. This company cares. The employees care about their work and the Partners care about their employees. I feel very lucky to get to come to work with people who are ready to work hard because they sincerely love what they do. I'm proud to be here!

      Cons

      I don't travel in my role but if you don't enjoy traveling for work, a consulting role with SIG would not be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      Collegial atmosphere. Consultants and admin staff are really great people to work with. Lots of kind, smart people.

      Cons

      Since management change in 2023, Fear-based leadership puts tremendous pressure on the Sales and Admin teams. Company is running like a freight train out of control. Management's support of professional development for admin employees is only lip service. Next to zero opportunities for promotion. They just want you to keep your head down and work, work, work. No salary increases on the admin side.

      * They encourage work/life balance * Caring owners * Excellent Pay * Empowered to 'do the right thing' for clients * Great leadership that provides mentoring when requested * Team of hardworking, high performing professionals * Feels like family * Good benefits package * Family (how ever you define that) friendly, diverse and inclusive culture.

      Cons

      I can honestly say that in all my years here I have never had anything to really complain about. This company tries extremely hard to keep healthcare and savings affordable for consultants. So we've changed savings/401K plans a couple times and currently do not have one but are able to contribute to a SEP. The company pays the majority of the consultant's health care expense for a decent plan. These are probably the only cons I can think of but are still pro's in my mind.
