Pros
The people are by and large pretty awesome. The office is in a great location. They do occasional fun employee appreciation events.
Cons
YOU WILL BE VASTLY OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID. They consistently under staff and target college kids who don't know their worth in the job market and don't realize how much they will be asked to do for such a meager salary. They lie to clients and will force employees to take the blame for their lies. For an HR company, the internal HR is basically non-existent and slow to react to employee concerns, requests and adjustments. The new hire training will in no way prepare you for actual day to day tasks you will be responsible for accomplishing. I'm not exaggerating when I say people cry at work all the time.
