      - The work that I do is meaningful and has high impact - Not a tiny screw in a big machine - Flat working culture - Frequent team bonding sessions - Exciting growth opportunities - Decent pay - If you don't have the hustle in you, don't consider

      - Fast moving environment may not be suitable for everyone - May have to overtime here and there to achieve goals - Could be stressful at times
