      Pros

      Strong engineering culture, fair and respectful management, and a remote-first setup that actually works. The work is challenging and rewarding, especially given the complexity of regulated markets.

      Cons

      Working in regulated industries means steep learning curves and extra process, though it comes with the territory.

      - Work life balance - Professional Colleagues & Positive Environment. No blaming culture, everyone owns up their mistakes, and no fingers pointed during incidents - Flexible work arrangement - Huge opportunity to grow!

      Cons

      - Resource is a bit tight at the moment. Lots of priorities coming up with limited amount of engineers. But it is slowly improving at the moment.
