      honestly none. owners were terrible and staff was horribly underpaid.

      Ability to work additional hours or make up missed hours almost any time

      Cons

      Management plays favorites, they don't coach their teams, just let them drown. Training was a joke, attendance policy didn't make sense. Site leaders wanted reports ran multiple times a day on team members, but did nothing with the information. Pizza parties don't boost morale, they fill stomachs. And coffee isn't for closers, coffee was only given to favorites.

      the bonuses, and the co workers i grew a friendship with them

      pay, management, if you get a sale and didnt go by the script to get the sale you get written up.
