I appreciate the positive comments on our culture. Building an environment of collaboration and open communication is always important to us. It allows all our people – both young and more experienced – to learn from each other and capitalise on a broader range of skillsets.
Our flat organisational structure means that individuals have regular and direct communication with senior management. We try to ensure that ambitious individuals are given the responsibility, empowerment, and support they need to have a successful and fulfilling career.
