Pros
The other employees who work there are all nice; there's a good sense of camaraderie within departments
Cons
As far as just physical environment, the building is old-school, with tiny cubes as far as the eye can see and very little natural light. Very dismal place to walk into every morning. The work I was doing in particular was mind-numbingly repetitive, and certainly not what I was told I would be doing in my interview. I'm a graphic designer (with a college degree), and for any sort of creative type, this environment was terrible - and yet they specifically seek out creative types. Outside of that, the helicopter managers are a pain as well. I'm a very hard worker, and still I felt paranoid of being publicly scolded for doing something wrong (like looking at my phone to see what time it is...no cell phones allowed). Upper management is definitely focused solely on output - not employee happiness or comfort at all. But I guess that's what pays the bills, right?
