get you started in the business of being a professional driver, but you’re dedicated to them for two years
Cons
Two year promise, once you passed, you’ll be shadowed by company employees split shift is no fun early start get off late, not a great atmosphere usually is work go home. The reason I left, they tried to take my vacation days away that I had planned.
Very generous when it comes to benefits, 401k matching, and pay on average.
Cons
Tend to micromanage and overload staff with projects or responsibilities. Raises do not happen regularly. They say they don't want anyone working more than 40 hrs a week if you're full-time, but it is a standard in multiple positions to work more than 40 hrs quite regularly to keep up with workloads. Other staff members are not typically cross-trained to help shoulder the workload if needed.
