The company is very bad managed. One of the founder is very childish and if you disagree with him, you have to face public harassment and mobbing each time there is a meeting or a problem. He wants also to put his hands on something that he neither understand. In the team, there is no collaboration and there is someone that talways says "I do everything" and then when he understands that is impossible to do, he starts complaining with the aforementioned founder. It is not a good environment at all.
