In my 3+ years of working here, there was a change in management and the following has happened: 1. Bad Paymaster - doesn't pay customer and employee's salary on time to a point we've almost had our operations halted. 2. Demotivating Threats - We're constantly being threaten that we would get retrenched if work isn't being done properly. 3. Lack of Appreciation - there's no annual dinners or team building like last time to show appreciation to employees for their hardwork 4. Mismanagement of Cashflow - reliance on one brand to cover everyone's salary but when that particular brand left, the company has ran out of money to pay everyone's salary. 5. Mismanagement of Investment - They prefer to throw money on brands that doesn't profit them well instead of the one that does and say harsh things on them when there's nothing much that could be done. 6. Mismanagement of Workforce - the company prefers to keep incompetent employees and retrench competent employees. 7. Micromanagement - For some reason I don't know why but we have to put up our to do list on a daily basis in our WhatsApp group. 8. Retraction of Employee Benefits - the company barely give a raise and bonus for our hardwork and they have even took away our employee benefits such as entertainment and laptop allowance and work from home privileges. 9. The Great Resignation - a lot of employees had literally died or resigned due to mental illness and stress. To sum things up, come at your own risk.
