I have yet to find anything positive about this company.

Cons

The worst company I have come across in my life! They have no respect for their employees, clients or anything except making profit and exploiting clients. From the president to admin assistant are all liars and crooks! They tell the employees they are doing very well and give raises to employees yet continue to have lay offs. I seriously am starting to doubt if their CFO really knows how to balance books. One of the most incomptent IT people I have met here, in fact some of their employees actually complain about learning new technology - this is an IT field company.

Pros

When oil prices were high and the O&G market was spending money, things seemed to be good. There has always been a lack a vision and clarity about "who we want to be when we grow up". Lots of solid talent, although many have left or been let go due to company outlook.

Cons

President sends mixed signals and is a lot better in his mind then in reality. It's hard to focus when you are looking over your shoulder wondering if it could be your last day. Don't have the right people to deliver what we sell, the "fake it till you make" mentality has to go. It's hard to deliver when you lose or let go what seems like half of you company.

They pay you well They pay you to provide them with positive feedback on glassdoor

Cons

Very clicky if you are not best friends with the president or friends with his friends you are out, no respect for good work but for who get in the most money. Incapable employees everywhere, every office you see. None of their employees no anything about their jobs, and they easily get threaten especially in their ECM practice -- which by the way is going out of business. The recutiers are liars too. I do not trust anyone that works in this company.
