      Pros

      Small passionate team, flexible work hours, interesting projects, your feedback is frequently sought out and always considered, management knows what they're doing and keeps everyone well informed. Overall this is just a great place to work.

      Cons

      The team is spread across two studios (Austin, Texas and Seattle, WA) which occasionally creates some challenges, however we all work hard to overcome them.

      The game is cool and many of the people are cool people.

      Cons

      Crunch happens here too, even if they try to tell you it doesn't. Lots of work and little consideration the developers doing it.
