Owner is dishonest, changed pay with no notice then shockingly tried to gaslight us claiming she didn’t. It’s shown on our paystubs so how ridiculous could that be? She doesn’t actually care about employees given the high turnover. Kept us on location even without a client at that scheduled time. The business was very salesy which was awkward as a wellness spa. Employees mostly stay for the pay and keep their head down even though they don’t like management. Super disappointing being in a place like Takoma Park.

some folks have said they had trouble getting time off, may need to find someone to cover for you, though i haven't had trouble certain things aren't as nice as they should be for how much clients spend (salt stone warmers don't heat the stones enough e.g.)
