Worst agency in the city. The owners were really cheap, they didn’t even provide pens for their employees. They barely had clients so you spent your days doing absolutely nothing. Everyone was scared the company was going to shut down one day. You’ll also stay at the same uncompetitive pay for years with no bonus structure. Company culture was nonexistent except for the employees talking about how bad the place was during lunch. Other than lunch, management didn’t like when employees talked to each other. There are plenty of reasons why the turnover rate was very high, some I’ve listed above.
