Pros
Its such a laid back place to work and everyone gets along. The owner is really great to work for. No micromanaging and they care about your opinion.
Cons
I enjoyed my time there so I dont really have anything bad to say. It was a newer company, like around 5 years old and there were kinks here and there but nothing major. Was a good place over all with plenty of advancement and they like to promote from within..
