I was doing the job of a Warehouse Supervisor on top of being a plant Lead and warehouse associate and was not compensated fairly for the amount of work and effort I put in on a daily basis. I didn't get the back up I needed either from management as far as dealing with insubordination with warehouse personnel. I gave them a 2 month notice to try and come up with something as far as pay but I got zilch. I asked Maison Bitner every week for updates regarding this and was repeatedly told we are working on it. I was also told by Timothy Warren to just hang in there and just do what I could to show the company what I could do ( as if I hadn't done that for years ). I tried to switch positions as well and I was told "you're good where you're at. " Stericycle pays way below the average for the kind of work it is. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them if you want to be a warehouse person. If you want to be a driver then prepare to deal with Diva drivers who are extremely entitled. There is a handful of good guys there, but not enough. All of this was at the Coppell, TX. location.
