STR is the best job I’ve ever had. I feel very grateful to work at a company that cares strongly about the work that we do AND about each individual employee. The atmosphere most days feels more like a family than a work place, and that care is felt from all levels all the way up to high management and CEO level. Hard work never goes unnoticed or unrecognized, and when you get lucky to find a place like STR, coming to work every day never feels like “work”. Grateful to work alongside such amazing, talented, and intelligent individuals and for the friendships I’ve been lucky to form along the way.

I've been working at STR for 2.5 years and it's one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. This company truly cares about its employees and the clients they serve. It's obvious that there is a lot of time and effort from management that goes into creating an environment where people enjoy working and are encouraged to be themselves. It is a fun, friendly. and family-oriented agency. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!
