1. The management team like a school headmaster. Scolded and ridiculed is normal, to the point of humiliating. They expect fresh ideas, but the ideas must within their framework which is not applicable at all and resulted in a lot of quality problem. 2. Working in stenta is studying in school. Their program centers around learning, and presenting based on what u read in education textbook. most often employee is rehearsing, so that their superior did not scold them. So you end up rehearsing rather than doing your work. 3. They are too theoritical, not pragmatic. \ 4. Their machines is not properly maintained due to cost. But they have to lie in order to save themselves. 4. Their motto is product first, quality later. 5. most of experience employee difficult to stay due to their theoretical framework

Management did not respect employees. Some employees are often being ridiculed, or even scolded in front of other employees. No formal training provided, but the management expectations are too high, hoping their staff to be superbly knowledgeable. Staff turnaround is.very high as staff are liable to be sacked by the management at their pleasure if they deemed the staff is below their expectations par.
