Not the best place to work for long. Good place to learn - that's it

Stemp Systems Response
11yThe favoritism possibly exhibited by prior technical leadership is now gone. All staff have opportunities to learn as long as they are willing to commit the time and effort.
To improve quality of life for techs, we plan to reduce hours from 45 per week to 40 plus one (rarely used) on-call week every 3 months.
Techs who have been at Stemp for a while will confirm that salary increases quickly as the level of technical expertise and customer service capability grows.
Recent TinyPulse surveys over 25 employees are a 7.8 on the happiness Index, 7.0 on how valued do you feel at Stemp, and 7.6 on would you refer a peer to work at Stemp. All these ratings exceed or are very close to TinyPulse benchmarks. This would indicate that most employees feel very differently than this review indicates.
