Company do not have a strength according to the workload, they are working with very limited staff and not hiring new people In tech department. Because of the limited resources they are forcing people to serve the notice period of two months, However, According to their Policy they do have a Buyout option but they are not allowing their Employee to avail that. Its also happening with me, I am ready for a Buyout option but they are not ready to release me and even not hiring any new candidate. I have requested the same to so many time but they are not ready to listen me. As I have requested the same with the concern dept. and management so many time. But indeed, I am the only Individual earning Bread for my family and I do not want to lose this opportunity.

I don't think a few cons will change anything about this company's management and managers, - They hire new people not for new ideas but only for creating connections. - Promotions and good appraisals go to those who don't know anything but just sit at their desk like a kid. Even if you ask them about an SEO update, they won't know. - Some managers don't even know how to run their software but still have a full attitude. This doesn't apply to all managers, but those who read this will know I'm talking about them. - Humiliating people by saying they don't know anything, threatening that the company will kick them out to make them work. - The CEO knows everything but for some reason doesn't do anything for those who actually work. - It might seem like I'm writing this review out of frustration, but that's not the case. I just don't want anyone else's life to be spoiled. - This is the first company where you have to pay for your own training. - There's much more, but what's the point... The CEO won't approve this review, and in a few days, everything will be back to normal. So, all the best to those who are just passing time without doing any work... You've come to the right place.
