President will lie to your face, to her vice president (brother), and to other co-workers. Fashion, connections, and your family lineage is more important than your hard work. There is constant whispering and childish drama. The factory workers are great hardworking individuals that are treated unfairly. Expect to fill more than just the position you are hired for.....and more. No room for advancement. Training is non-existent. Annual reviews are based on finding a way to make sure that you look bad because their budget can't afford to compensate you for hard work. Flexibility is only available to those that are favorites of the president. Company policies are not applied equally, they apply to some but not all. Company takes full advantage of the 'under 50 employees' advantage when it comes to benefits. No maternity time is available. God forbid you should have any medical condition come up, you will get fired. Business is a 3rd generation business that has ties with the city and all officials...building is a fire and safety hazard that continues to be 'overlooked'.
