      Pros

      NONE - the headoffice is located in a warehouse

      Cons

      1. Lack of leadership 2. TOO involved in growing but dont have a decent HR function to hire the right talent 3. LOCATION: if you are located in the middle of nowhere, atleast provide breakfast/lunch to your employees so they dont waste time commuting back and forth 4. Lack of Culture and Values 5. Erik is actually rude who would rather work from home most days because he doesnt want to face his employees. 6. the list is endless

      Pros

      This was a great place to work in the time I was there. The only reason I left is because I moved. This was a small family business that is growing into an everyday name in the security business. Good benefits and great ownership.

      Cons

      I can't think of too many consumers except that there can be a high turnover rate in the monitoring department but I think that's because the employees hired don't fully understand what they are expected to do.
