Not your typical box hotel company. Fun and energetic atmosphere. Company innovates. There is a strong camaraderie among colleagues. The pay and benefits are good.
Leadership seems to genuinely care.

Company is evolving, still young. Sometimes ideas are not fully baked before they are rolled out. Communication is transparent but could be more consistent.

At Staypineapple there is a sense of priority in your wellbeing and purpose. You'll see this alive in the thriving culture that they have created. A great place to work at - cares about and supports each employees while also challenging them to grow with the company. At Staypineapple, managers and their employees trust and respect each other and have a shared commitment to both individual and company success. The company demonstrates a strong utilization of employee survey data in their decision-making is something that I admire, they value feedback and follow up on progress frequently.

Employee travel benefits is only between 10 hotels, for now. Hopefully, more soon.
