Pineapple Hospitality is a very dynamic family-owned property management firm with lots of diversity across departments. Financially is very strong, so I was never worried about being laid off due to lack of work. As an accountant, working in the accounting department, I had the opportunity to work close with the Controller (very approachable and always kind). Seniors are more than willing to help and my direct supervisor (assistant controller) was a great mentor. I gained a great deal of knowledge from each one of them to further my career. The most valuable “pro” was the opportunity to grow and become a better accountant across the board.
