      Flexible hours, family atmosphere. Pay is decent

      policies can change and sometime those are not expressed. Company grew too fast

      Pros

      The team is awesome, all top notch. The culture is the best I've found. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Lots of community involvement. Lots of perks - rewards program, bonuses, free lunch every Friday, reduced summer hours, 401k matching with immediate vesting, donation matching, all federal holidays (Plus usually a free day off if the holiday falls on a Tue or Thur), 40 hrs paid volunteer time, paid kid school time off, and more. Low pressure, employee centered work environment. Great office environment on Notre Dame campus. Plenty of food and scenery.

      Cons

      Growing company - some chaos. Open work areas can be distracting.

      A great career choice with room to grow

      Pros

      Stay Metrics is always finding ways to improve for both clients and employees alike. The management team continuously looks for ways to improve and add employee benefits. Schedules are flexible to maximize the work-life balance. Culture is EVERYTHING! and allows for both personal and professional growth. Change is always happening to better every aspect of the company, but the best part is the innovation is coming from within the company from the employees.

      Cons

      With any growing company there will be changes and Stay Metrics is working to improve at all times, so change will continue. Please note this is both a pro and a con - Nobody really "likes" change!
