Management are located far away and only drop in on teams etc and email. disorganised and did not have a plan for staff to develop. Expectation was to be every second week on call for the full week 24.7, not good work life balance. Expected to find your own way to work on a wind farm when all other companies in this industry provide vehicles. Many promises of development that never happened and asked to do menial tasks instead to fill time. We always had to pay our own expenses and get reimbursed for things like hotels etc... I asked management if there was a better solution to this as I couldn't afford these expenses to be out of my account for up to 2 weeks until reimbursement. I was told to apply for a credit card so I could pay for them and increase my credit score.
