Way too much micromanagement, managers tell you they want to get all the feedback but when you give feedback they get defensive or will write it down and never get back to it. You wont have any responsibility here so there is not much to learn. You are basically treated as a kid that doesn't know anything. Plus the salary is quite low and they push you to work on weekends sometimes.

Management shows a lack of respect to employees. Many (new) employees are disappointed with company culture, which leads to an extremely high turnover of employees. Big gap between management and other employees, feedback to management doesn't lead to change.
