- great team with very talented people - great product which is a must have for companies with 1k+ employees - very dedicated senior leadership team leading Starmind to a successful future

Cons

- accountability of some employees (my advice to them: don't make excuses or blame others for why something didn't work.) - after Covid, it's not as lively in the office anymore
