Larby has routinely in the past been involved in providing "free samples" of the product only to charge users' credit cards and then have his helpline set up in a manner that the customer wouldn't be able to get through to the company to get the charge reversed. It should be evident to any potential employee after going through all the reviews on Glassdoor what processes and policies Larby's companies typically follow. If you choose to work for him, do not expect to be paid in full ever. It is also very likely that he'll make you work crazy hours and if you protest even a little bit you risk being fired on the spot with no notice whatsoever.
