The CEO and company's namesake is a sociopath.
Pros
There is the potential to make a decent amount of money, but that is often based on luck as upper management is literally clueless. I have met convicted Felons that were more compassionate (and educated) than Daniel Stanton or his right hand man.
Cons
This was one of the most stressful jobs I ever had, though I didn't necessarily realize it at the time as I was fresh out of college. You are encouraged to lie directly to the customer, and I once had to fire an employee because she refused to lie to an old man about the fact that we had lost his glasses. Looking back, I can not believe I agreed to behave in the unethical manner that was expected on a daily basis. Also, I was working 6 days a week, and I even had corporate call me on a day off to tell me "it's pretty busy in there." Implying that I should abandon my day off to rush in and check on the store, which I did because I was a fool and I lived in constant fear of upper management. That fear has slowly been replaced by the realization that I will likely see the CEO being led away in handcuffs someday, as federal laws don't seem to matter to him...
