      Pros

      there are not any upsides to working for this company that I can think of. The cons definitely outweigh the pros.

      Cons

      You do not know what your schedule will be each day. You may be given 2 hours one day 4 hours the next day 8 hours the next day and so on. You may end up with 830 I will work week or a 20 hour work week. The company runs based on what products they have any to reduce on a daily basis. There is no job security in terms of employee's contribution. The company has no foresight when it comes towhat makes a company successful.they treat their regular employees like temporary workers and they treat the temporary workers worse than that. I do not recommend anyone to work for this company. It's not worth it.

      Pros

      They have excellent health insurance coverage, good dental and vision.

      Cons

      Repetitive motion job that they WILL NOT rotate you from. They make you work nearly every weekend changing your schedule constantly to off days through the week. All the while -no overtime. By far is the absolute worst job I have ever had.

      Pros

      there is overtime hours , there is a lot of diversity, there is not very much I have to say that is more good about the company.

      Cons

      the compensation sucks , there is little o no bonuses , some leaders do not know what they are doing, the work week is sometimes cut short. which means a four day week.
