Pros
Leadership is great and invests in its employees. Lots of training and coaching. Then allows flexibility and autonomy to get the job done. If you want the freedom to own your job responsibilities/department, this company is great.
Cons
Not a ton of work-life balance, but luckily the work is exciting.

Cons
Long hours. Promised a 13th cheque by the CEO - but it was a 5% reward of your monthly salary.
