StackState is a young and innovative company (with state-of-the-art technology and great customers), where you have the opportunity (in any type of role) to make a difference. Like one of my colleague says: "if waiting is your strategy, you can wait forever" and this is actually true. You have the opportunity to work in a global company, to shape the future of the company and achieve great things with smart and highly skilled colleagues surrounding you.
Cons
It is actually not a Con but more a challenge: working at StackState can sometimes be demanding in terms of workload and covering different time zones. You should be able to manage this yourself and maintain the right balance. On the level I am operating at StackState it requires you to be an entrepreneur (which for me is actually a Pro).
