      Great people(fellow employees) to work with.

      Cons

      Micro managed while you're overly worked. They do not pay you what you are worth and marginalized your work when you get reviewed. Really disappointing when you give so much to the company.

      Great People to work with on a daily basis. The Job is not hard, but requires a lot.

      Cons

      Lots of hours. If you are planning to have kids, this is not the place for you.

      There is no pro during the time I was there.

      Cons

      They have lack of internal control. The controller and assistant controller (Non CPA) do not review your work and provide feedback they will throw you under the bus. Their AP/AR employees recommended that I do not share any fixes or mistake with the two controllers. That is a clear sign of poor management.
