Pros

When I started at St. Vincent several years ago, I really liked it. The work wasn't always exciting, but I felt valued and loved my co-workers. And I felt like the work I did had meaning. I rarely worked overtime and had a decent starting salary and raises the first few years.

Cons

Since Ascension has taken over, it's just awful. It's cold, management is either evasive or clueless or unfeeling...or all of the above. There's no loyalty, and no one I worked with felt their job was safe. No one felt valued. Raises and bonuses which once were solid are now rare and pathetic, if they exist at all.
