Management does not give 1 fig about their employees. The only way to work your way up the career ladder is to be related to someone in management. For a healthcare facility it is surprising at how inconsiderate and even punitive they are for employees taking care of their own health. It's very sad that the only thing that matters to management is their craving to save a buck, even at patient expense.

Administration is not supportive of their staff in that schedules are changed with little notice and if you speak up they question your integrity. Staff do not feel valued and communication from coordinators and directors is very poor. No raise for over 2 years but they continue to expand and remodel.
