      Terrible pay Extremely sexist company- mostly men in charge taking credit for everything All they care about is making money!!! For a "non-profit" company its despicable They will use you and pay you as little as possible

      Pros

      This is an organization that helps senior citizens lead healthy productive lives well into their 80's and 90's. There are good people working for the company who really care about the residents and the patients.

      Cons

      The CEO is very difficult to work for -- at time abusive, never satisfied, always critical -- without direction, unable to prioritize. If you are a low to mid-level employee working at St. Barnabas can be a good long-term opportunity. Working in upper-level management is a dead end.
